Every stage of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored to maintain superior quality standards and ensure efficient recycling operations.
1. Raw Material Procurement & Collection
Plastic scrap is sourced from reliable industrial and post-consumer suppliers including PP and LD scrap from manufacturing, packaging, household, and commercial waste streams.
2. Sorting, Segregation & Inspection
Materials are sorted by polymer type, color, grade, density, and contamination level for consistency in final granule production.
3. Crushing & Grinding
Plastic materials are crushed into smaller flakes for efficient washing.
4. Washing Process
Advanced washing removes dust, oil, labels, moisture, and foreign contaminants.
5. Drying Process
Washed flakes are dried using high-speed drying systems.
6. Extrusion & Filtration Process
Dried material is processed through advanced extrusion systems with filtration to remove impurities.
7. Granule Formation
The molten material is converted into uniform plastic granules.
8. Quality Inspection
Every batch is tested for MFI, strength, moisture content, color consistency, and density.
9. Packing & Dispatch
Finished granules are packed securely and dispatched to customers across India.
